  8. Social and SEO: Manage the website, ensuring content is optimized for SEO, and enhance our presence across social channels — LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook.
  9. Automation: With the help of our engineers, connect marketing and sales activities, set up and maintain workflows, and use content to personalize experiences for our various personas.
  10. Analysis: Track and report on traffic, conversion rates, attribution, web analytics, and pipeline growth.

Requirements

  1. Senior Marketing Manager or Head of Marketing from a B2B tech business with experience in leading and directing a marketing department.
  2. Proven experience in building and executing marketing strategies that positively impact awareness and pipeline growth.
  3. Excellent written English skills, with the ability to present at the board level and inspire a team.
  4. Broad experience across online and offline marketing channels.
  5. Strong relationship-building skills.
  6. Track record of managing external marketing agencies.
  7. Experience in budget management.
